Get Involved in the INRG !

Dear young investigators, we are now counting down the days to the meeting! Don't forget that it will be a great opportunity to network, brainstorm, and build new collaborations!

What about getting involved in the INRG? INRG stands for International Neuroblastoma Risk Group.

The group runs a database of over 20,0000 patients with neuroblastoma (yes, you've read correctly).
The database has been used to develop a risk classification system and its analysis has led to many research publications.

The great news is that there a many opportunities for young and new investigators to get involved in INRG projects, regardless of your country of origin, as it is truly an international endeavour.

Read more on the INRG website or e-mail the task force at mentorship@inrgdb.org or, even better, find Drs. Lucas Moreno or Meredith Irwin at the conference! They will be attending the neuroblastoma sessions and would be very happy to start a conversation.

Finally, what if neuroblastoma research is not really your thing but you still think a collaborative database is a great idea?
There are also opportunities for collaborations with the Pediatric Cancer Data Commons initiative - email them at mpalese@bsd.uchicago.edu or follow them on Twitter @PedsDataCommons

See you very soon Young Investigators!
